Baby Bottle Campaign: Spare Change for Real Change
This annual campaign runs between Mother's Day (May 13, 2012) and Father's Day (June 17, 2012).
How it works: Empty baby bottles are distributed through participating Central Alberta Churches on Mother's Day. Families and individuals take them home to use as piggy banks for spare change. The bottles are collected at churches on Father's Day, then returned to the Centre. The Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre is a registered charity, and your donation is tax deductible.
It sounds pretty simple, and it is! In 2011 this simple, but important fundraiser brought in over $46,000. Our goal for 2012 is to raise $50,000. Your spare change really can make a difference! If your church, family, small group, or school would like to get involved this year, please contact us at info@pregnancycare.ca .
